Welcome to Iron Will. This is a site that will empathize with your problems from a largely metaphysical perspective, yet will deal with the fraud of the very physical poverty that diminishes the potential of so many of us. This site will hopefully launch you toward a massive and tangible improvement of your personal circumstances, but will simultaneously remind you of the 'invisible' things that have been forgotten by too many of us. It will examine some of the most basic, though least regarded powers and functions in life, and reference our startling potential for significant transformation and improvement, even in the face of the vast array of hardships typically lined up against us all.
This site does not attempt to address individual or highly specific circumstances that individuals may find themselves in, but generally regards the serious and confounding issues that all peoples experience. Again, the perspective taken is more a metaphysical one: that massive template of design, orientation and power that defines the nature of all things, and yet fails to impress its manifest obviousness upon so many souls too busy with the hard business of survival to notice the stream of majesty existent in every moment and murmur of this soulful planet.
This site also tries to engineer, inspire and elicit the taking on of both an oblique and a very practical approach to the certainty of the development of understanding and growth arising out of ACTION. The true nature of reality is the base reference for this approach, and right and beneficial kinds of action grounded in a recognition of true reality is believed to fund the best and most sustainable outcomes. This site establishes and argues a case for elements of the disposition of this true reality, and how we intersect these dynamic imperatives (even -- and even usually -- without knowing it). While true reality is there, the conveniences and tricks our contrived reality (the one inside our heads) imposes upon us tends to blind us to the more real events that have a much stronger impact on us. As well, and by way of the necessity of survival in terms of money, and the elevation of productivity and benefit in terms of being empowered rightly and ethically by money, this approach also addresses the notion of not accepting the usual status quos of the ever-contracting, intensifying and perverse global corporate worldview. This is the pathological corporate perspective that sees people and nations as resources. In this picture we the people are 'cannon fodder', and are destined to work all our lives for monolithic organisations, helping to make the corporate elites rich and famous, and helping to further their grand designs for planetary domination (ultimately, destruction). Big business is the greatest polluter of all, and it is the small person with the right ethics who can change the world for the better when he/she shares sustainable dreams with many others and makes them grow into social movements that demand and fashion right change. From the bottom up.
Through being self employed an individual can validate more power, but he/she must have the right grasp of the true nature of reality in order to promote beneficial outcomes through the means of that power. "Foundation" is everything; all else follows if the character of that foundation is maintained. How can a foundation, even a good one, be ruined or sidetracked? By NEGATIVE SELF-AFFIRMATIONS. If you get into the habit of saying to yourself, over and over again: I'm so tired, I'm depressed, I can't think straight, I'm tired all the time, I have no energy, then what can you expect? The habit of words will turn into the habit of belief, which will transform into the habit of actions, outcomes and future. We create our futures. NOTE: We have much potential beyond mere physical existence in a world of frustrations and torments. Even though life can decimate our souls and wring us dry of tears, there are purposes and futures that will reform us, even out of the seeming utter annihilation of death. With this monumental hope and understanding comes an enhanced freedom and opportunity, available to all, to leverage more power from life and create much more value at every level. It's not just having money (and it never will be) that gives you more options. It's how you approach the value of your life and your relationships (and what you consider to be valuable and how you frame your values) that determines real success and how much progress you will have accomplished at any point in time in your personal development. If you don't have this knowledge, then you're living, breathing, dreaming and working without some of the most basic tools necessary to ensure success. The caution here is: what we see around us (the visible and materialistic) is not all there is.

The prescription is thus: To engage with this site with an open mind and reflect upon its unusual offerings, accepting the possibility that it will provide a breath of fresh air for your weary, 'modern' soul. A soul bombarded with the frantic plague of technocracy that strips away the possibility of deep, and expansive understanding. In terms of this overt and subliminal spiritual crime against a planet-weary load of spiritual beings clothed in rags, we find ourselves, even in the midst of an 'information' age, starving for information. What is lacking at the core of this profusion of materialistic, particulate and disconnected knowledge is understanding that grounds our perspective of mortal life in the permanence of life that came before us. This should simultaneously empower us to overcome difficulties because we see more of the reasoning that backs up the existence of all things. The orientation of overcoming will be of the nature of an enrichment in human character if the forward purpose of life is internalized and appreciated.
This site strives to explain difficult concepts clearly, and support its contentions with links that provide more detail from a very wide arena of sources. It establishes a clear basis for the definition and interpretation of being human and of engaging in human activities. Specifically, I highlight the development of character. I consider this most noble human activity to be the preeminent dynamic taking place on this difficult planet. A significant part of character is the empowering of personal potential, and this can be profoundly motivated through becoming self-employed rather than having the mindset of employment dependency, or considering oneself to be, in essence, a 'slave'. In this respect, this modern corporate world is degenerate in terms of people being servants and slaves in First World countries, and victims of corporate rape in Third World regions. This statement should be considered in terms of the human corporate proclivity to establish monopolies, and to participate in mergers of corporatism and state. A Shell executive once noted that dictatorships can be very helpful in a corporation's aspirations: “For a commercial company trying to make investments, you need a stable environment; dictatorships can give you that” – Nnaemeka Achebe, Shell Nigeria (Project Underground circa 1998) (my emphasis). One of the 'highest' orders of this theme was enacted recently as the Third Reich. Here, one could not distinguish where corporatism ended and the Nazi state began. This is the way the world is heading again. Nations are more and more being funded and structured according to the globally dominating mentality of transnational corporations. This sad world is again becoming an armed camp. Not enough people are free-thinking entrepreneurs and self-sufficient. This is disempowerment.
My approach offers an interesting slant on empowerment and success, and seeks to generate a fairly straightforward avenue through which one can accumulate wealth and leverage. The sad fact is that we are locked into economies that are founded upon planet-destroying technologies. However, to use some of these technologies now to gain personal leverage may represent a worthy strategy at reconstructing our own lives, and turning this planet around by and through our example. This endeavor is not promoted as being materialistic and shallow, but is rather posted up as having an ethical stance and a genuine concern for oneself, one's family, and the wider community wherever there is need. My prime motivating factor in advancing this kind of site is to inspire and encourage the generation of a world with a more equitable spread of resources and power. I want the poor to become richer, and the rich to become infinitely more concerned for all peoples and this planet's ailing health. To create a turnaround, we need financial resources to break current dependencies and develop more sustainable lifestyles.
